The invention provides a potential energy storage system for electricity generation, comprising: escalator (2.1); the diamagnetic ferrous balls (12) with a mass of 250kg or greater; upper horizontal chute (2.6); vertical chute (2.7); lower horizontal chute (2.8); air fork (11); lever arm (3.1.3) of the working wheel; fixed base column (3.1.4) supporting the potential energy storage system for electricity generation; stator coil (3.1.7) of the generator; rotor (3.1.8) of the generator; acceleration gearbox (3a6); vertical barrier bars (2.9) on both sides of the chute to prevent the ferrous balls from falling off the sides when rolling on the horizontal and vertical chutes.[French]
