Abstract[English] The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for producing an engineered immune cell including a first nucleotide sequence encoding a T-cell receptor (TCR) and a second nucleotide sequence encoding a co-stimulatory receptor molecule. The present disclosure also provides methods for producing the engineered immune cells comprising a plurality of antigen specific T cells. The methods can be used to produce a therapeutically effective amount of antigen specific T cells within a short period of time. The compositions and methods provided herein can be used for the treatment of cancer.[French] La présente divulgation concerne des compositions et des procédés de production d'une cellule immunitaire modifiée comprenant une première séquence nucléotidique codant pour un récepteur de lymphocytes T (TCR) et une seconde séquence nucléotidique codant pour une molécule réceptrice costimulatrice.
