Abstract[English] A sleeve for an ophthalmic surgical instrument is provided. The sleeve includes a sleeve body configured to be removably disposed around the ophthalmic surgical instrument and through an incision in an eye. The sleeve body includes an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface defines a passage configured to receive the ophthalmic surgical instrument. The outer surface is configured to interface with surrounding tissues of the incision and reduce fluid leakage through the incision from within the eye.[French] L'invention concerne un manchon pour un instrument chirurgical ophtalmique. Le manchon comprend un corps de manchon conçu pour être disposé de manière amovible autour de l'instrument chirurgical ophtalmique et à travers une incision dans un oeil. Le corps de manchon comprend une surface interne et une surface externe. La surface interne définit un passage conçu pour recevoir l'instrument chirurgical ophtalmique.
