Abstract[English] Provided are covalent organic frameworks (COFs). The COFs may be used to bind or capture perfluorinated compounds, such as, for example, perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). The COFs may assemble and form nanoparticles suitable in methods of the present disclosure. Additionally, COFs may be used as fluorescent indicators to detect perfluorinated compounds, or temperature and/or humidity. COFs of the present disclosure may have the following structure: (I) wherein each R is independently (II) or (III) and each R' is independently (IV) or (V) wherein at least one R is (VI) or (VII) wherein each R is independently (VIII) or (IX) each R' is independently (X) or (XI) wherein at least one R is (XII).[French] L'invention concerne des réseaux organiques covalents (COF). Les COF peuvent être utilisés pour lier ou capturer des composés perfluorés, tels que, par exemple, l'acide perfluorooctanoïque (PFOA).
