Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides heterocyclic compounds of formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate thereof or an isomer thereof as protein degraders. These compounds are useful in the treatment and/or prevention of diseases and/or disorders responsive to the degradation of target protein. Compounds of the present disclosure are especially useful for treating cancer, autoimmune, inflammatory, and neurodegenerative diseases and disorders. The present disclosure also provides processes for preparation of the compounds and pharmaceutical formulations comprising at least one of the compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a solvate or an isomer thereof.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des composés hétérocycliques de formule (I), un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci, un solvate de ceux-ci ou un isomère de ceux-ci en tant qu'agents de dégradation de protéines.
