Abstract[English] Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data query method, a query engine, a device, a medium, and a program product. The method comprises: in response to a query request, determining data to be queried corresponding to the query request, wherein said data can be stored in a data organization mode of a file system and/or a database system; then determining statistical information of said data on the basis of the data organization mode of said data; determining execution costs of different query strategies on the basis of the statistical information; determining a target query strategy of said data on the basis of the execution costs; and finally, responding to the query request according to the target query strategy. Therefore, in the query method, the statistical information used for determining query strategies can be determined on the basis of a mode corresponding to a data organization form.
