Abstract[English]
The system and method for endoluminal tissue manipulation are provided. In one embodiment, said system comprises: i) A magnetic retractor reversibly attached to a delivery mechanism, said magnetic retractor comprises a clip and at least one flexible magnetic component; and ii) a magnetic control system; wherein said delivery mechanism is adapted to control said magnetic retractor to clip at a desired location before releasing said magnetic retractor; said magnetic control system is adapted to locate and control movement of said magnetic retractor released from said delivery mechanism. L'invention propose un système et un procédé de manipulation de tissu endoluminal. Dans un mode de réalisation, ledit système comprend : i) un rétracteur magnétique fixé de manière réversible à un mécanisme de distribution, ledit rétracteur magnétique comprenant une pince et au moins un composant magnétique flexible ; et ii) un système de commande magnétique ; ledit mécanisme de distribution étant conçu pour commander ledit rétracteur magnétique pour s'accrocher avec la pince à un emplacement souhaité avant de libérer ledit rétracteur magnétique ; ledit système de commande magnétique étant conçu pour localiser et commander le mouvement dudit rétracteur magnétique libéré dudit mécanisme de distribution.
