Abstract[English] The present invention relates to a system for the efficient separation of plasma components, characterised in that it comprise an initial step of controlled thawing using integrated mechanisms having controlled heat transfer, followed by a successive step of accelerated sedimentation in continuous media. This process allows two different matrices to be obtained, one rich in procoagulant factors and the other rich in diverse macromolecules.[Spanish] La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para la separación eficiente de componentes plasmáticos, caracterizado porque comprende una etapa inicial de descongelamiento controlado mediante mecanismos integrados de transferencia térmica controlada, seguida por una etapa sucesiva de sedimentación acelerada en medios continuos. Este proceso permite la obtención de dos matrices diferenciadas, una rica en factores procoagulantes y la otra en diversas macromoléculas.[French] La présente invention concerne un système pour la séparation efficace de composants plasmatiques, caractérisé en ce qu'il fait intervenir une étape initiale de décongélation contrôlée au moyen de mécanismes intégrés de transfert thermique contrôlé, puis une étape successive de sédimentation accélérée dans des moyens continus. Ce procédé permet l'obtention de deux matrices différenciées, l'une riche en facteurs procoagulants et l'autre en diverses macromolécules.
