Abstract[English] Provided herein, among other ways, is method for obtaining an imprint of a sample. In these embodiments, the method may comprise directly contacting a planar biological sample comprising reporter probes that comprise a capture tag with a planar support coated in brush molecules that comprise a polymeric linker and a binding agent that recognizes the capture tag, maintaining the sample in contact with the support under conditions by which the capture tag in the sample binds to the binding agent on the support and separating the sample and the support to produce an imprint of the reporter probes on the support, wherein in the imprint the reporter probes are anchored to the support by the capture tag.[French] L'invention concerne, entre autres, un procédé d'obtention d'une empreinte d'un échantillon.
