Abstract[English] The present disclosure provides a recombinant yeast host cell for converting a carbohydrate to ethanol and acetone. The recombinant yeast host cell comprises an engineered metabolic pathway to convert acetyl-CoA to acetone, a downregulated native alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) gene, and a heterologous alcohol dehydrogenase.[French] La présente invention concerne une cellule hôte de levure recombinante pour convertir un glucide en éthanol et en acétone.
