Abstract[English] A surgical instrument for ophthalmic surgery includes a handle comprising a distal end and a probe comprising a proximal end coupled to the distal end of the handle. In some embodiments, a micro-structure pattern or a coating is formed on a surface of the probe. The surgical instrument further includes a driver in communication with the probe that is configured to cause vibration of the probe. The micro-structure pattern or coating and the vibration may be configured to reduce adhesion of the probe to a vitreous of an eye.[French] Un instrument chirurgical pour chirurgie ophtalmique comprend une poignée comportant une extrémité distale et une sonde comportant une extrémité proximale couplée à l'extrémité distale de la poignée.
