Abstract[English]
The invention is a system for producing PGM metal ingots from consumed catalysts in a non-pollutant way. It aims to separate valuable and rare metals like rhodium, palladium, and platinum from catalysts using a non-acidic flotation method, thus solving the issues associated with traditional separation methods. The system comprises mechanical, chemical, and electrochemical parts, including a ball mill device, flotation cell, and laboratory induction melting furnace. Monoliths with different geometric shapes enter the ball mill's grinding chambers and undergo a softening and powdering process. Plastic liners are used to prevent abrasion and the combination of the ball mill cylinder metal with the catalyst material.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de production de lingots métalliques PGM à partir de catalyseurs consommés d'une manière non polluante. L'invention vise à séparer des métaux précieux et rares comme le rhodium, le palladium et le platine à partir de catalyseurs en utilisant un procédé de flottation non acide, ce qui permet de résoudre les problèmes associés aux procédés de séparation classiques. Le système comprend des parties mécaniques, chimiques et électrochimiques, notamment un dispositif broyeur à boulets, une cellule de flottation et un four de fusion par induction de laboratoire. Des monolithes de formes géométriques différentes entrent dans les chambres de broyage du broyeur à boulets et subissent un processus de ramollissement et de réduction en poudre.
