Abstract[English]
The method disclosed in the current invention is used to increase cell biomass, productivity and protein titer in cell culture medium by using at least more than one fermenter. The method specifically discloses cell culture conditions used in fermenter. More specifically, the method discloses the use of primary and secondary fermenter wherein the primary fermenter comprises different cell culture conditions compared to secondary fermenter.[French]
