Abstract[English]
A method and a system for devolatilizing a polymer are provided. An exemplary method includes flashing a polymer solution across a first pressure control valve into a first low-pressure separation vessel to form a more concentrated polymer solution from the first low-pressure separation vessel, and flashing the more concentrated polymer solution across a second pressure control valve into a second low-pressure separation vessel to form an outlet stream from the second low-pressure separation vessel.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de dévolatilisation d'un polymère. Un procédé donné à titre d'exemple consiste à procéder à une évaporation éclair d'une solution de polymère dans une première vanne de régulation de pression et à la faire pénétrer dans une première cuve de séparation à basse pression pour former une solution de polymère plus concentrée à partir de la première cuve de séparation à basse pression, et à procéder à une évaporation éclair de la solution de polymère plus concentrée dans une seconde vanne de régulation de pression et à la faire pénétrer dans une seconde cuve de séparation à basse pression pour former un flux de sortie à partir de la seconde cuve de séparation à basse pression.
