Abstract[English]
The present disclosure concerns a computer-implemented method for transforming stool sample data into a diagnostic code, the method including: a) providing a stool sample from a subject; b) determining, as the stool sample data, expression levels of at least two distinct genes from a plurality of mRNA segments in the stool sample; and c) determining, by a computing system executing a machine-learning model and based on the stool sample data, a diagnostic code, wherein the machine-learning model was trained using stool diagnostic training data including a plurality of stool sample data labeled with at least one of two or more corresponding diagnostic codes.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé mis en oeuvre par ordinateur pour transformer des données d'échantillon de selles en un code de diagnostic, le procédé comprenant : a) la fourniture d'un échantillon de selles provenant d'un sujet; b) la détermination, en tant que données d'échantillon de selles, de niveaux d'expression d'au moins deux gènes distincts parmi une pluralité de segments d'ARNm dans l'échantillon de selles; et c) la détermination, par un système informatique exécutant un modèle d'apprentissage automatique et sur la base des données d'échantillon de selles, d'un code de diagnostic, le modèle d'apprentissage automatique ayant été entraîné à l'aide de données d'apprentissage de diagnostic de selles comprenant une pluralité de données d'échantillon de selles marquées avec au moins l'un d'au moins deux codes de diagnostic correspondants.
