Abstract[English] Provided herein are methods of culturing ex-vivo tissue, comprising culturing a tissue slice under a highly oxygenated atmosphere in the presence of an amount of an agent and agitating the culture. Also provided are methods of determining a therapeutically effective dose of an agent in the treatment of a disease or disorder using the ex-vivo tissue culture method.[French] L'invention concerne des procédés de culture de tissu ex vivo, comprenant la culture d'une tranche de tissu sous une atmosphère hautement oxygénée en présence d'une quantité d'un agent, et l'agitation de la culture.
