Abstract[English]
In present invention, considering the various conditions and needs of human societies, the object is to create a building in a yard that, in addition to intelligent control and creating the desired conditions inside the building, the conditions of the building yard as a winter house with spring, autumn or winter conditions with ambient temperature and pressure, intensity of sunlight, rain or snow at the desired times, for more than one season. The building and yard control system, with assist of received information from the sensors and the user's manual menu and the stored program in its memory, always issues the necessary commands to various equipment for providing the user's conditions of choice. With this invention, it is possible to use places and buildings in winter conditions, throughout the year.[French]
Dans la présente invention, en tenant compte des diverses conditions et besoins des sociétés humaines, l'objet est de créer un bâtiment dans une cour qui, en plus d'une commande intelligente, permet de créer des conditions souhaitées à l'intérieur du bâtiment, les conditions de la cour du bâtiment comme une maison d'hiver avec des conditions de printemps, d'automne ou d'hiver avec une température et une pression ambiantes, l'intensité de la lumière solaire, de la pluie ou de la neige aux moments souhaités, pendant plus d'une saison. Le système de commande de bâtiment et de la cour, avec l'aide des informations reçues des capteurs et du menu du manuel de l'utilisateur et du programme stocké dans sa mémoire, délivre toujours les instructions nécessaires à divers équipements pour fournir les conditions de choix de l'utilisateur. Selon cette invention, il est possible d'utiliser des lieux et des bâtiments dans des conditions d'hiver, pendant toute l'année.
