Abstract[English]
A thermoplastic composition includes particular amounts of a polyphenylene ether, a poly(phenylene ether)-poly(siloxane) block copolymer, a reinforcing filler, an organophosphate flame retardant, and an impact modifier comprising a hydrogenated block copolymer of an alkenyl aromatic and a conjugated diene. Methods for the manufacture of the composition and articles comprising the composition are also disclosed.[French]
Une composition thermoplastique selon la présente invention comprend des quantités particulières d'un polyphénylène éther, d'un copolymère séquencé de poly (phénylène éther)-poly (siloxane), d'une charge de renforcement, d'un retardateur de flamme organophosphate et d'un modificateur d'impact comprenant un copolymère séquencé hydrogéné d'un composé alcényl aromatique et d'un diène conjugué.
