Abstract[English]
The present invention is related to an in vitro method for assessing the risk that a subject suffers from a cancer. The invention also provides a method for detecting of cells in a test tissue sample from the subject that express Nanog on the cell membrane including breast, liver, lung, bladder, and cervical cancer and any cancer cell expressing the membrane isoform of Nanog.[French]
La présente invention concerne une méthode in vitro d'évaluation du risque de cancer chez un sujet. L'invention concerne également une méthode de détection de cellules dans un échantillon test de tissu provenant du sujet qui expriment Nanog sur la membrane cellulaire comprenant le cancer du sein, du foie, du poumon, de la vessie et du col de l'utérus et toute cellule cancéreuse exprimant l'isoforme membranaire de Nanog.
