Provided are methods for treating fibromyalgia or one or more symptoms thereof, that involve the administration of psilocybin or a metabolite thereof, and related uses. The disclosure in some aspects also relates to methods for identifying subjects for treatment of fibromyalgia with administration of psilocybin or a metabolite thereof. In some aspects, the treatment also involves psychotherapy. In some aspects, the subject receiving the treatment is assessed for various indicators, such as observer-rated and subject-reported outcomes, biological and clinical indicators, and combinations thereof.[French]
