Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides advantageous beverage filter media, and systems/methods for fabricating and utilizing the beverage filter media. More particularly, the present disclosure provides advantageous home compostable bio-based beverage filter media, and related methods of fabrication and use. The present disclosure advantageously provides a home compostable beverage filter media including annual plant fibers in a quantity of at least 25%, preferably between 25% to 60% by weight, based on the total weight of fibers in the beverage filter media, and mercerized pulp fibers in a quantity between 5% to 35% by weight, based on the total weight of fibers in the beverage filter media.[French]
