The disclosure relates to a molecule that inhibits BAFF pathway, particularly an antibody or a binding fragment thereof, particularly an anti-BAFF-R antibody, e.g. ianalumab, for use in the treatment of autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA), in particular, warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA).[French]
