Abstract[English] Compliant vascular grafts for implantation in the vasculature are provided. The compliant vascular grafts are designed to expand longitudinally and radially within a blood vessel, such as an artery, and is expected to be particularly well suited for treating aneurysms in challenging anatomy such as the thoracic aorta. The compliant vascular grafts preferably have an outer frame layer and an inner graft layer with a plurality of pleats to permit expansion.[French] L'invention concerne des greffons vasculaires compliants destinés à être implantés dans le système vasculaire. Les greffons vasculaires compliants sont conçus pour s'étendre longitudinalement et radialement à l'intérieur d'un vaisseau sanguin, tel qu'une artère, et sont censés être particulièrement bien appropriés pour le traitement d'anévrismes en cas d'anatomie complexe telle que l'aorte thoracique. Les greffons vasculaires compliants présentent de préférence une couche d'armature externe et une couche de greffon interne avec une pluralité de plis pour permettre l'expansion.
