Abstract[English]
The disclosure features methods and compositions for differentiating stem cells into hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPC) and/or Natural Killer (NK) cells. The methods and compositions described herein are used to differentiate stem or progenitor cells having at least one gene-edit that is maintained in the differentiated cell. Also provided are differentiated cells produced using the methods and compositions described herein for therapeutic applications.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés et des compositions pour différencier des cellules souches en cellules souches et progénitrices hématopoïétiques (HSPC) et/ou en cellules tueuses naturelles (NK). Les procédés et les compositions de l'invention sont utilisés pour différencier des cellules souches ou progénitrices ayant au moins une édition de gène qui est maintenue dans la cellule différenciée. L'invention concerne également des cellules différenciées produites à l'aide des procédés et des compositions décrits ici pour des applications thérapeutiques.
