Abstract[English]
A catalyst includes a lanthanum support including one or more of lanthanum oxycarbonate, lanthanum oxide, and lanthanum hydroxide, and nanoparticles including one or more of a transition metal and a transition metal oxide, wherein the nanoparticles are in contact with the lanthanum support sufficient for strong metal-support interaction (SMSI) and the nanoparticles are lanthanide-free and actinide-free.[French]
