The disclosure relates to the methods of influencing the person's psycho- emotional condition in situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects in committing unauthorized sexual acts, and to means of a rapid test of a substance for semen. The disclosure provides a kit for in-home test for the unauthorized sexual act and a method of the in-home prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress in a person and/or normalization of the person's psycho-emotional condition at the first stage of the emotional stress in situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects in committing unauthorized sexual acts. The technical contribution of the disclosure resides in prevention of the development of the first stage of the emotional stress and/or normalization of the psycho-emotional condition at the first stage of the emotional stress in situations related to the suspicion of certain subjects in committing unauthorized sexual acts.[French]
