Abstract[English]
A method for quantifying the magnesium ion amount in a soil sample, the method including: extracting calcium ions from a soil sample to produce a soil sample substantially free of calcium; mixing the substantially free calcium soil sample with ethylene glycol-bis(β-aminoethyl ether)- N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt (EGTA) to produce a first sample; mixing the first sample with an indicator reagent to produce a second sample; and determining the magnesium ion amount of the second sample; wherein the indicator reagent comprises o-cresolphthalein complexone (OCPC) and tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide (TBAH). La présente invention concerne un procédé de quantification de la quantité d'ions magnésium dans un échantillon de sol, le procédé comprenant : l'extraction d'ions calcium à partir d'un échantillon de sol pour produire un échantillon de sol sensiblement exempt de calcium; le mélange de l'échantillon de sol sensiblement exempt de calcium avec un sel tétrasodique d'acide éthylène glycol-bis (beta-aminoéthyl éther)-N, N, N', N'-tétraacétique (EGTA) pour produire un premier échantillon ; le mélange du premier échantillon avec un réactif indicateur pour produire un second échantillon ; et la détermination de la quantité d'ions magnésium du second échantillon ; le réactif indicateur comprenant de l'o-cresolphtaléine complexone (OCPC) et de l'hydroxyde de tétrabutyle ammonium (TBAH).
