Abstract[English]
The presently described and claimed disclosure relates to method for characterizing nucleic acid purity comprising denaturing a nucleic acid sample, loading the nucleic acid sample onto a capillary electrophoresis (CE) capillary, wherein the CE capillary is filled with a buffer comprising a polymer matrix, applying a separation voltage to the CE capillary, wherein during the separation of the nucleic acids, the temperature of the CE capillary is increased, and detecting nucleic acids separated from the nucleic acid sample with a detector. Kits and instructions for use are also described.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de caractérisation de la pureté des acides nucléiques comprenant la dénaturation d'un échantillon d'acide nucléique, le chargement de l'échantillon d'acide nucléique sur un capillaire d'électrophorèse (CE), le capillaire CE étant rempli d'un tampon comprenant une matrice polymère, l'application d'une tension de séparation au capillaire CE, la température du capillaire CE étant augmentée pendant la séparation des acides nucléiques, et la détection des acides nucléiques séparés de l'échantillon d'acide nucléique à l'aide d'un détecteur. L'invention concerne également des kits et des instructions d'utilisation.
