Abstract[English]
Provided here are methods and systems for preparing a solid supported modified zeolite catalyst for use in the fluid catalytic cracking of a hydrocarbon feedstock, a such as a feedstock with a boiling point of less than 330 °C. Methods include preparing an alkaline treated zeolite, passivating by phosphatation, and combining with alumina and silica slurry to result in a spray dryable catalyst precursor. The spray dried modified zeolite catalyst can be used in a fluid catalytic cracking unit to convert light hydrocarbon feedstocks to ethylene and propylene enriched product streams.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes de préparation d'un catalyseur à base de zéolite modifiée supporté sur un solide destiné à être utilisé dans le craquage catalytique fluide d'une charge d'hydrocarbures, telle qu'une charge ayant un point d'ébullition inférieur à 330 °C. Les procédés comprennent la préparation d'une zéolite traitée à l'alcali, la passivation par phosphatation, et la combinaison avec de l'alumine et de la suspension de silice pour obtenir un précurseur de catalyseur pouvant être séché par pulvérisation.
