Abstract[English] Provided are dual-task borinane-based catalysts comprising a compound of Formula I (I) wherein Y is an alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, or cycloaryl spacer; Z is a nitrogen or phosphorous atom; R is an alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, or cycloaryl group, or a polymeric support; and a, b, and c are integers independently selected from the group consisting of 0-100, methods of making the catalyst using a monocyclic borinane. Methods of using the catalysts include producing polyethers, polycarbonates, polyesters, and polyurethanes, and obtaining primary hydroxyl-derivatives of the polyethers and polycarbonates.[French] L'invention concerne des catalyseurs à base de borinane à double tâche comprenant un composé de formule I (I) dans laquelle Y est un espaceur de type alkyle, aryle, cycloalkyle ou cycloaryle ; Z est un atome d'azote ou de phosphore ; R est un groupe alkyle, aryle, cycloalkyle ou cycloaryle, ou un support polymère ; et a, b et c sont des nombres entiers indépendamment choisis dans le groupe constitué par les nombres de 0 à 100, des procédés de fabrication du catalyseur à l'aide d'un borinane monocyclique.
