Abstract[English]
The present invention provides an expression vector comprises gene of interest encode more than one structural protein to enhance immune responses against Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and its variants. Further, the present invention the expression vector comprises spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 and one or more structural protein selected from membrane protein, envelope protein and nucleocapsid protein of SARS-CoV-2. The expression vector expressed mRNA capable to encode more than one structural protein to provide immune response against SARS-CoV-2 virus.[French]
La présente invention concerne un vecteur d'expression comprenant un gène d'intérêt codant pour au moins deux protéine structurale afin d'améliorer les réponses immunitaires contre le coronavirus 2 du syndrome respiratoire aigu sévère (SARS-CoV-2) et ses variants. En outre, la présente invention concerne le vecteur d'expression comprenant une protéine de spicule du SARS-CoV-2 et une ou plusieurs protéines structurales choisies parmi la protéine membranaire, la protéine d'enveloppe et la protéine de nucléocapside du SARS-CoV-2. L'ARNm exprimé par un vecteur d'expression peut coder plus d'une protéine structurale pour fournir une réponse immunitaire contre le virus du SARS-CoV-2.
