Abstract[English] The present disclosure generally relates to methods and compositions used for modulating or controlling gene expression involving sequence targeting, genome perturbation or gene-editing, that relate to Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR) and components thereof.
