Abstract[English] Techniques are described for expanding and/or improving the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 3.0 television protocol in robustly delivering the next generation broadcast television services. In a boundary region (302) between first and second broadcast stations (304) in which a receiver (300) can pick up signals from both stations, a primary tuner (502) presents (600) a demanded service while a secondary tuner (502) scans (602) for duplicate transmissions of the service and tunes to it if found. When the primary tuner loses signal (606), it tunes (608) to the frequency of the secondary tuner and acquires (612) any missing NRT data recorded from the secondary tuner prior to the handover.[French] L'invention concerne des techniques destinées à étendre et/ou améliorer le protocole de télévision ATSC (Comité des systèmes de télévision avancés) 3.0, par la fourniture robuste des services de diffusion télévisée de nouvelle génération.
