Abstract[English]
A method for treating a biological object, which can be a full plant or part of a plant such as foliage, ferns, or flowers, is described. The method comprises arranging the biological object in a preservative impregnation solution, wherein the entire biological object is immersed in the impregnation solution, and applying vacuum impregnation to the entire object immersed in the preservative solution, to initiate the vacuum impregnation preservation process.[French]
Un procédé de traitement d'un objet biologique, lequel peut être une plante complète ou une partie d'une plante telle que le feuillage, les plumes ou les fleurs, est décrit. Le procédé consiste à agencer l'objet biologique dans une solution d'imprégnation de conservateur, l'ensemble de l'objet biologique étant immergé dans la solution d'imprégnation, et appliquer une imprégnation sous vide sur l'ensemble de l'objet immergé dans la solution de conservateur pour initier le processus de conservation par imprégnation sous vide.
