Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a system (1) for reconditioning the inside of used barrels and an implementation method (P1) thereof. The system is of the type comprising a machine-supporting structure (30) formed by a braced gantry capable of loading and holding a barrel (0) during the treatment, the upper part of the structure (30) comprising elements capable of rotating the barrel and simultaneously inclining the barrel (0) along the longitudinal axis thereof, which, using a plurality of lengths of decoupled chain (10) causes the chains to strike the inner surface of the staves, thereby scouring the altered layer (01a) of the barrel.[Spanish]

L'invention concerne un système pour reconditionnement interne de barriques usagées (1) et un procédé pour sa mise en oeuvre (P1), du type de ceux qui intègrent une structure de support mécanique (30) formée par un portique haubané capable de charger et soutenir une barrique (0) pendant le traitement, la structure (30) présentant, au niveau de sa partie supérieure, des éléments capables de faire tourner et simultanément d'incliner la barrique (0) sur son axe longitudinal, qui au moyen d'une pluralité de sections désaccouplées de chaîne (10) fait que celles-ci frappent contre la surface intérieure des douelles, ce qui produit une exfoliation de la couche altérée (01a) de la barrique.
