Abstract[English]
The medicament delivery device dispenses a drug in multiple pre‑defined doses. It contains a plunger‑rod assembly, i.e., a main rod and an auxiliary rod (8) that are rotationally coupled, plus a biasing member that pushes the assembly proximally. A user‑operated loading mechanism is activated by twisting a element; this rotation translates the auxiliary rod and pre‑loads the biasing member. The loading mechanism comprises a helical feature (142/143) on either the auxiliary rod or the base and a cooperating feature (240) on the opposite part. The helix has two sections with different leads (142a/143a and 142b/143b); the cooperating feature provides two matching support faces (241 and 242). During loading, face 241 engages the first helix section, then face 242 engages the second, producing the required translational movement and spring bias.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration de médicament qui distribue un médicament dans de multiples doses prédéfinies. Il contient un ensemble tige-piston, c'est-à-dire une tige principale et une tige auxiliaire (8) accouplées en rotation, ainsi qu'un élément de sollicitation qui pousse l'ensemble vers l'avant.
