Dieses umfasst ein Bereitstellen (11) einer Pipette (20) mit einer Spitze (21), die mit einer Flüssigkeit (31) gefüllt ist, eine oxidative Oberflächenbehandlung (12) der Spitze (21), und ein Eintauchen (15) der Spitze (21) in mindestens eine Substanz, die mit OH-Gruppen zu einem hydrophoben Feststoff reagiert, und die in einem hydrophoben Lösungsmittel (34) gelöst oder dispergiert ist. The invention relates to a method for producing a pipette (20) with a hydrophobic tip (21). Said method comprises providing (11) a pipette (20) with a tip (21) which is filled with a liquid (31), oxidatively surface treating (12) the tip (21), and immersing (15) the tip (21) in at least one substance which reacts with OH groups to form a hydrophobic solid and which is dissolved or dispersed in a hydrophobic solvent (34). A pipette (20) which can be produced by means of the method has a hydrophobic solid on an outer side of its tip (21).[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une pipette (20) pourvue d'une pointe hydrophobe (21). Ledit procédé consiste à doter (11) une pipette (20) d'une pointe (21) qui est remplie d'un liquide (31), à réaliser un traitement de surface par oxydation (12) sur la pointe (21) et à immerger (15) la pointe (21) dans au moins une substance qui réagit avec des groupes OH pour former un solide hydrophobe et qui est dissoute ou dispersée dans un solvant hydrophobe (34). Une pipette (20) qui peut être produite au moyen du procédé comporte un solide hydrophobe sur un côté externe de sa pointe (21).
