Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for dehydrating an alcohol feedstock comprising: a) vaporizing said alcohol feedstock mixed with a gas stream, b) introducing said alcohol feedstock, vaporized and mixed with said gas stream, into a set of at least two adiabatic reactors, c) separating the effluent from the last adiabatic reactor of step b) into an effluent comprising the olefin(s) corresponding to the dehydration of the feedstock and an aqueous effluent, d) compressing the effluent comprising the olefin(s), resulting from step c), in at least one compressor, e) dividing the compressed effluent resulting from step d) into two fractions, then f) partly or entirely recycling a first fraction of the compressed effluent, upstream of step a) to constitute said gas stream.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de déshydratation d'une charge alcool comprenant : a) La vaporisation de ladite charge alcool en mélange avec un flux gazeux, b) L'introduction de ladite charge alcool, vaporisée et en mélange avec ledit flux gazeux, dans un ensemble d'au moins deux réacteurs adiabatiques, c) La séparation de l'effluent issu du dernier réacteur adiabatique de l'étape b) en un effluent comprenant la ou les oléfines correspondantes à la déshydratation de la charge et un effluent aqueux, d) La compression de l'effluent comprenant la ou les oléfines, issu de l'étape c), dans au moins un compresseur, e) La division en deux fractions de l'effluent comprimé issu de l'étape d), puis f) Le recyclage, en partie ou en totalité d'une première fraction de l'effluent comprimé, en amont de l'étape a) pour constituer ledit flux gazeux.
