Es wird vorgeschlagen, tragende Kraftfahrzeugbauteile im Großgussverfahren herzustellen, dabei aber keine maximale Bauteilreduktion anzustreben, sondern einen modularen Grundgedanken zu verfolgen und mehrere alternative Bauteile bereitzustellen, die auf unterschiedliche Weisen kombiniert werden können. Es kann so auf kostengünstige Weise die Großgusstechnologie auch für modulare Baureihenkonzepte verwendet werden, indem verschiedene Großgussbauteile modellabhängig in unterschiedlichen Kombinationen verwendet werden.[English]
The invention relates to the manufacture of load-bearing motor vehicle parts by means of a large-scale casting process, not aiming for the maximum reduction in the number of parts but pursuing instead a modular design concept and providing a plurality of alternative parts that can be combined in different ways. In this way, large-scale casting technology can also be used in a cost-effective manner for modular product line concepts, by using various large-scale cast parts in different combinations depending on the model.[French]
L'invention concerne la fabrication de pièces porteuses de véhicule automobile au moyen d'un procédé de coulée à grande échelle, ne visant pas la réduction maximale du nombre de pièces mais cherchant plutôt à obtenir un concept de conception modulaire et fournissant une pluralité de pièces alternatives qui peuvent être combinées de différentes manières.
