Die Erfindung betrifft ein Chiplet-basiertes System (1) für ein technisches System (100), umfassend: - Wenigstens zwei Chiplets (2), wobei die wenigstens zwei Chiplets (2) über eine jeweilige Schnittstelle (3), insbesondere Die-to-Die Schnittstelle, miteinander verbunden sind, - Ein Substrat (4), in welchem Verbindungen (9) von dem Chiplet-basierten System (1) an eine Leiterplatte einer elektronischen Steuereinheit (6) vorgesehen sind, wobei zwischen dem Chiplet-basierten System (1) und der Leiterplatte der elektronischen Steuereinheit (6) wenigstens ein Messtechnikadapter (5) angeordnet ist.[English]
