Abstract[English] The present invention provides a controlled autoclave dissolution of metal powders for producing high-purity metal sulphate solutions, comprising the steps of: a. reacting an aqueous slurry comprising a metal powder with sulphuric acid in an autoclave section comprising one or more autoclave reactors at a temperature between 100°C and 250°C, thereby forming a metal sulphate solution having a residual amount of metal powder, whereby the molar ratio of sulphuric acid and metal in said autoclave section is lower than 1.0; and b. separating said metal sulphate solution from said residual metal powder.[French] La présente invention concerne une dissolution contrôlée en autoclave de poudres métalliques pour la production de solutions de sulfate métallique de haute pureté, comprenant les étapes consistant à : a. faire réagir une suspension aqueuse comprenant une poudre métallique avec de l'acide sulfurique dans une section d'autoclave comprenant un ou plusieurs réacteurs de type autoclave à une température comprise entre 100 °C et 250 °C, formant ainsi une solution de sulfate métallique ayant une quantité résiduelle de poudre métallique, le rapport molaire de l'acide sulfurique et du métal dans ladite section d'autoclave étant inférieur à 1,0 ; et b. séparer ladite solution de sulfate métallique de ladite poudre métallique résiduelle.
