Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung zumindest eines magnetischen Flussführungselements (2) für ein elektrisches Gerät, umfassend folgende Schritte: - Bereitstellen einer Gussform (1.1) mit einem befüllbaren Hohlraum (1.2), - Befüllen des Hohlraums mit einem weichmagnetischen Pulvermaterial(2.1) oder einem Pulver-Bindemittel-Gemisch, - Evakuieren des befüllten Hohlraums, und - Ausformen des magnetischen Flussführungselements (2) in dem Hohlraum (2.1). Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung des magnetischen Flussführungselements (2) und ein elektrisches Gerät mit einem solchen magnetischen Flussführungselement (2).[English]
The invention relates to a method for producing at least one magnetic-flux-guiding element (2) for an electrical device, having the following steps: - providing a casting mold (1.1) having a fillable cavity (1.2), - filling the cavity with a soft magnetic powder material (2.1) or a powder-binder mixture, - evacuating the filled cavity, and - shaping the magnetic-flux-guiding element (2) in the cavity (2.1). L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'au moins un élément de guidage de flux magnétique (2) pour un dispositif électrique comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : - fournir un moule de coulée (1.1) ayant une cavité pouvant être remplie (1.2), - remplir la cavité avec un matériau magnétique doux en poudre (2.1) ou un mélange poudre-liant, - évacuer la cavité remplie et - mettre en forme l'élément de guidage de flux magnétique (2) dans la cavité (2.1).
