Abstract[English]
Needlefelt for forming the surface layer of automotive parts comprising a carded fibrous mat, cross lapped and needled, whereby the fibrous mat comprises staple fibers. The fibrous mat may further comprise pieces of yarn in at least a color distinctive from the staple fibers, blended into the fibers forming the mat, and whereby the majority of the yarn pieces are only partially opened and forming color streaks throughout the needlefelt.[French]
L'invention concerne un feutre aiguilleté pour former la couche de surface de pièces automobiles comprenant un mat fibreux cardé, nappé et aiguilleté, le mat fibreux comprenant des fibres discontinues. Le mat fibreux peut en outre comprendre des morceaux de fil dans au moins une couleur distinctive des fibres discontinues, mélangés dans les fibres formant le mat, et la majorité des morceaux de fil n'étant que partiellement ouverts et formant des stries de couleur à travers le feutre aiguilleté.
