Abstract[English] The present invention describes a method for treating a feedstock obtained from a renewable source implementing a sequence of at least one hydrotreating step using a specific hydrodeoxygenation catalyst comprising at least one metal from group VIII, in combination with at least one metal from group VIB of the periodic table, the molar ratio between the group VIII and group VIB elements being between 0.02 and 0.2, at least one organic additive and an oxide support comprising at least alumina, followed by a hydroisomerization step in a single step, in order to produce at least one gas oil fraction.[French] La présente invention décrit un procédé de traitement d'une charge issue d'une source renouvelable mettant en œuvre un enchainement d'au moins une étape d'hydrotraitement utilisant un catalyseur d'hydrodésoxygénation spécifique comprenant moins un métal du groupe VIII, en combinaison avec au moins un métal du groupe VIB de la classification périodique, le rapport molaire entre les éléments du groupe VIII et du groupe VIB étant compris entre 0,02 et 0,2, au moins un additif organique et un support oxyde comprenant au moins de l'alumine suivie d'une étape d'hydroisomérisation en une seule étape, pour produire au moins une fraction gazole.
