Insbesondere können die Referenzspannungen für das Öffnen bzw. Schließen des Halbleiterschalters variiert werden. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, für unterschiedliche Betriebszustände unterschiedliche Konfigurationen für die Spannungshöhe des Ansteuersignals einzustellen.[English]
The invention relates to the control of a semiconductor switch. According to the invention, the voltage level of the control signal is varied in order to control the semiconductor switch.
