Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Trennen unterschiedlicher Zelltypen, aufweisend eine drehbare Kammer (10) mit einer ersten Seite (21), welche mindestens ein erstes Affinitätsreagenz (31) für mindestens einen ersten Zelltyp aufweist, und einer der ersten Seite (21) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite (22), welche mindestens ein zweites Affinitätsreagenz (32) für mindestens einen zweiten Zelltyp aufweist. In einem Verfahren zum Trennen unterschiedlicher Zelltypen mittels der Vorrichtung erfolgt ein Einbringen einer Suspension, welche mindestens einen ersten Zelltyp und mindestens einen zweiten Zelltyp aufweist, in die Kammer (10), und ein Drehen der Kammer, so dass mindestens einmal die erste Seite (21) und mindestens einmal die zweite Seite (22) unten angeordnet ist.[English]
The invention relates to an apparatus for separating different cell types, comprising a rotatable chamber (10) having a first side (21) which comprises at least one first affinity reagent (31) for at least one first cell type and a second side (22) which is opposite the first side (21) and comprises at least one second affinity reagent (32) for at least one second cell type. L'invention concerne un appareil de séparation de différents types de cellules, comprenant une chambre (10) rotative comportant un premier côté (21) qui comprend au moins un premier réactif d'affinité (31) pour au moins un premier type de cellule et un second côté (22) qui est opposé au premier côté (21) et comprend au moins un second réactif d'affinité (32) pour au moins un second type de cellule.
