Die Vorliegende Erfindung beansprucht ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Ansteuerung von wenigstens einer Komponente eines Fahrzeugs, insbesondere einer Interieurkomponente, in Abhängigkeit eines Anstiegs eines am Fahrzeug anliegenden Wasserspiegels. Das Verfahren bestimmt eine Wasserstandsgröße, die den Anstieg eines am Fahrzeug anliegenden Wasserspiegels repräsentiert, und vergleicht die Wasserstandsgröße mit mindestens einem ersten Schwellenwert, der eine Wasserstandshöhe angibt. Das Verfahren deaktiviert in Abhängigkeit des ersten Vergleichs wenigstens eine Komponente einer ersten Gruppe von Komponenten des Fahrzeugs, insbesondere eine Ausgabe von akustischen Signalen und/oder ein Airbagsystem und/oder aktiviert wenigstens eine weitere Komponente einer zweiten Gruppe von Komponenten des Fahrzeugs, insbesondere eine Lenkradverstellung und/oder eine Sitzverstellung.[English]
