Abstract[English] Novel catalyst for methanol synthesis from carbon dioxide and process for preparing said catalyst, a process for the synthesis of methanol using said catalyst and the use of said catalyst in the synthesis of methanol. The carbon-supported catalyst is prepared by precipitating metals from an aqueous solution containing nitrate salts of copper and zinc onto biochar carrier particles through addition of sodium carbonate solution.[French] L'invention concerne un nouveau catalyseur pour la synthèse de méthanol à partir de dioxyde de carbone et un procédé de préparation dudit catalyseur, un procédé de synthèse de méthanol à l'aide dudit catalyseur et l'utilisation dudit catalyseur dans la synthèse de méthanol. Le catalyseur supporté par du carbone est préparé par précipitation de métaux à partir d'une solution aqueuse contenant des sels de nitrate de cuivre et de zinc sur des particules de support de biocharbon par ajout d'une solution de carbonate de sodium.
