Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren (100) zum Extrahieren eines Indikators, umfassend die nachfolgenden Schritte durch eine Extraktionsfunktion (15) einer Anwendungsfunktion (10) für eine Datensammlung und-analyse: - Bereitstellen (101) einer Information durch ein Netzelement (20, 22, 30, 32, 41, 42, 43) eines Kommunikationsnetzes und/oder durch eine Anwendung, - Extrahieren (102) eines Indikators aus der bereitgestellten Information, wobei der Indikator anzeigt, dass sich Daten der bereitgestellten Information verändert haben, - Analysieren (103) des Indikators und der bereitgestellten Information, um einen Veränderungsgrad zu bestimmen, wobei der Veränderungsgrad ein quantifiziertes Maß für eine Veränderung des Inhalts der bereitgestellten Information in Bezug auf einen Zustand der Umgebung spezifiziert, - Initiieren (104) einer Maßnahme auf Basis des bestimmten Veränderungsgrads, um eine Ressourcenbereitstellung bezüglich einer Ausführung einer KI-/ML- Anwendung durch das und/oder ein weiteres Netzelement (20, 30, 41, 42, 43) des Kommunikationsnetzes und/oder durch eine Benutzeranwendung zu optimieren.
