Abstract[English]
A two-component (2K) composition comprising: a first component comprising: a) at least one liquid polyglycidyl ether of a polyhydric phenol, said polyglycidyl ether being characterized by a viscosity of from 100 to 5000 mPa.s; and, b) at least one liquid epoxide compound which acts as a diluent for said part a); and, a second component comprising: c) a curative comprising at least two compounds which each possess at least two epoxide reactive groups per molecule, wherein said curative comprises: ci) at least one cycloaliphatic polyamine; and, cii) at least one acyclic polyamine having a tertiary amine group and at least two amine groups chosen from primary amine groups, secondary amine groups and combinations thereof; wherein the composition further comprises d) thermally conductive filler; and, wherein the composition is characterized by a molar ratio of epoxide-reactive groups to epoxide groups from 0.95:1 to 1.5: 1.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition à deux composants (2K) comprenant : un premier composant comprenant : a) au moins un éther polyglycidylique liquide d'un phénol polyhydrique, ledit éther polyglycidylique étant caractérisé par une viscosité de 100 à 5000 mPa.s ; et, b) au moins un composé époxyde liquide qui agit comme diluant pour ladite partie a) ; et, un second composant comprenant : c) un durcisseur comprenant au moins deux composés qui possèdent chacun au moins deux groupes réactifs époxyde par molécule, ledit durcisseur comprenant : ci) au moins une polyamine cycloaliphatique ; et, cii) au moins une polyamine acyclique ayant un groupe amine tertiaire et au moins deux groupes amine choisis parmi les groupes amine primaire, les groupes amine secondaire et les combinaisons de ceux-ci ; la composition comprenant en outre d) une charge thermoconductrice ; et, la composition étant caractérisée par un rapport molaire de groupes réactifs à l'époxyde aux groupes époxyde de 0,95 : 1 à 1,5 : 1.
